Paul Green is degree qualified to BSc(Hons) level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Loughborough University. Currently I am an accredited executive associate and fellow of theInstitute for Independent Business and Personal Business Advisor for Effective Business Group; in addition to being a founder member of UK Business Advisors.

I have been an independent advisor since 2003, primarily working in the SME sector, but with experience in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to this, I have over 20 years experience in the electronics industry, initially, after graduating, as a design engineer for Marconi, subsequently in senior sales and marketing roles for ST Microelectronics and Toshiba and latterly Operations Director for a SME.

I enjoy offering my unique experience supporting Managing Director/Owners of small to medium size businesses; helping them grow through establish practical and measureable plans to achieve defined targets and objectives. I take a 'helicopter' view of a business and look at all 'pillars' of a business to establish an effective way forward - those pillars being finance, sales, marketing, operations, people, resources and management.
