The Z1 also comes complete with a fully automatic backup system. The backups are made to removable disks, which are bootable. There is no need to restore data from tapes or CDs and to re-install software if something goes wrong. Simply insert your backup disk and re-boot. It's that simple! The Archiving utility automatically creates archives of files and directories where changes have taken place since the last backup. It runs automatically every night before the backup and makes it possible to recover a file from any date since you first started archiving with your Z1.
