HeronView is ground floor accommodation next to the owners' 16th Century Grade II Listed thatched cottage, 1/4 mile across the River Arrow from the Roman town of Alcester.  This superb suite is part of a building completed in 1999.  It has been built to the highest standards, which complement its close proximity to a Grade II Listed building of great historic interest

This delightful modern cottage is centrally heated and offers every comfort.  Both lounge and bedroom have colour televisions.  There is a video recorder, CD player and a wide selection of books, games, CD's and videos for your enjoyment.

The kitchen area is fitted with top of the range appliances and there is a stunning Corian worktop with integrated table. 

Weather permitting, you may like to barbeque down by the river. Here you are likely to be visited by swans and ducks whilst you enjoy a cool drink from the fridge in the "fishing lodge".  Fishing rods are available.

Relax on comfortable cane furniture and enjoy views across lush gardens and paddocks.  The "Mediterranean" garden room is a wonderful place to watch the sun going down across the river.

Heron View is within easy reach of the M40/M5/M6/M42 motorway network.  As a base, Heron View is perfectly situated for visits to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle, The National Agricultural Centre at Stoneleigh, the Cotswolds, the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre and many of the most superb historic homes in the country.
