If you're looking to get back in shape after pregnancy and meet other mums in your area, then Mums on the Move is for you!
Mums on the Move exercise classes are a sociable way to train with baby in the buggy while you workout and are specifically designed to get you back in shape after pregnancy. Exercises are progressive, so whatever stage you're at post natally, there are exercises to suit you.
Each class is 60-minutes long with an exercise programme designed to help you lose weight and strengthen and tone those muscles to get you match fit for motherhood - after all you'll probably going to be doing a lot of bending down and lifting with the little one, so you best get ready!
Classes are held at the Guide & Scout Centre, Alcester every Thursday at 9.30am. Depending on the weather, we'll either be indoors or outdoors, so please ensure that you and your little one are dressed for the weather.
You are normally OK to attend after your post natal check-up.
